Contact the marketing consultant or the developer to book a unit and finalise the building plans.  After approval of the building plans and the selling price is secure by a bank gaurentee,the building process will start.The unit will be finished within 6 months from date of gaurentee and approval of building plans.

Occopation of the unit will be given to the buyer on registration of the unit.If the buyer want to occupate the unit before registration,then there wil be a small occupational rent as stipulated in the contract


On signing of the contract the buyer can change some of the inside walls or move the bathrooms and or kitchen if the stand allow it.The tiles as well as the cupboards in the kitchen can be the choice of the buyer up to the limit which the developer allows.Once the buyer and the developer agree,the building plans will be finish by the arqitect  and approved by die Municipality.


Construction on Fase 2 will start on 1 February 2016

  • Balance at registration
  • Bond approval within 30 days of signing the contract
  • Bank guarentee within 7 days on request of attorney
